Due to requests from stakeholders in the industry, the deadline for submissions of written comments on the Public Consultation on Dataco’s RIO is extended from Monday 5th October 2020 to close of business Friday16th October 2020. Stakeholders and interested parties are therefore urged to take note of the new due date and encouraged to submit written comments before the close of business on Friday 16th October 2020.
The authors of Submissions received to date a free within the extended timescale to provide further comments or amend their submissions, if they wish.
Submissions should be deliveredto NICTA Head Office and soft copies via email to consultationsubmission@nicta.gov.pg Copies of all submissions received will be published on NICTA’s Public Register consistent with the requirements under subsection 229(3) of the National ICT Act, 2009.
