NICTA is granting an amnesty period up to 31 October 2011 to allow for all illegal and unlicensed ICT operators dealers to apply for a proper license to formalize their operation service.
In addition licensees, by they current, expired or intending applicants of radio-communications apparatus and telecommunication equipment or any other communication equipment that requires NICTA’s approval and licensing are urged to immediately advise NICTA on the status of their systems as required by the National ICT Act 2009.
