2018 Net Revenue & Audited Financial Information

Each licensed operator is required by NICTA to take the following actions by 31st April 2019:

  1. Complete and return to NICTA the “Declaration of Net Revenue Form for 2018”;
  2. Provide to NICTA a copy of any audited accounts for the 2018 financial year.

The provision of this information is a mandatory requirement stipulated under sub-section 14(4) of the National Information and Communications Technology (Operator Licensing Regulation 2010 for the purpose of calculating the Annual License Fees), and Section 107(3) of the National Information and Communications Technology Act 2009 (the Act) relating to a Universal Access and Service Levy.

Failure to provide this information to NICTA by the above-mentioned deadline may result in a penalty being imposed under Sections 270 and or 274 of the Act.
