Gazette of ICT Regulatory Instruments

The National ICT Act 2009 mandates NICTA to make regulatory instruments, including rules, guidelines and standards that govern the operation of the ICT industry in PNG.

NICTA hereby advises stakeholders in the ICT industry that the following regulatory guidelines have been gazetted in Government Gazette No. G 769 dated November 24, 2015, and they are now effective:

• ICT Cabling Guidelines
• Type Approval Guidelines
• Radio Dealers Licence Guidelines
