Any reference in an existing licence to the ICCC in relation to any fee payable under that licence or any other matter regarding such licence shall be construed as a reference to NICTA.
Any reference in an existing licence to PANGTEL in relation to any fee payable under that licence or any other matter regarding such licence shall be construed as a reference to NICTA.
