Individual Network Licenses

This Licence entitles the Licensee to:

1. Exercise facilities rights in relation to the facilities listed in Table A of Schedule 1 in the NICTA (Operator-Licensing) Regulation, excluding international gateway services.
2. Supply any of the Network Services listed in Table A of Schedule 1 in the NICTA (Operator-Licensing) Regulation.pdf, excluding international gateway services.
