BACKGROUND
NICTA commenced a public consultation on the revised Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) submitted by PNG DataCo Limited on 21 May 2021.
PUBLIC CONSULTATION
The period for consultation was from Friday 21st May to Monday 21st June 2021. In response to stakeholders request for extension, NICTA extended the deadline for comments to 30 June 2021. Two submissions were received and have been subsequently posted on the NICTA website (www.nicta.gov.pg).

NICTA staff have reviewed the comments received and have prepared a Response Report. This Response to Comment Report (Report) sets out NICTA’s Staff responses to the main comments that interested stakeholders made in their submissions on the Discussion Paper. Interested parties are advised that Report now available on NICTA’s public registry (www.nicta.gov.pg).
